All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-2 Business days (Monday-Friday), Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

A member of the ARRA customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

For orders under USD 400, we offer two shipping methods:

International Shipping Policies
ARRA accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; ARRA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
