Please be aware that all Arra merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Arra, and not any other retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information. will accept items for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs for local deliveries and for international orders 3 weeks.  For items returned after that period, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.
