Please be aware that all ARRA merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to ARRA, and not any other retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further information. will accept items for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving the order for local deliveries and for international orders for 3 weeks.  Please note that we do not pay for shipping for the returned item.


For items returned after that period, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.

Articles are accepted only if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. Any damaged or broken items are not returnable, some exclusions may apply. Please contact us directly and we will guide you to the best of our capabilities. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Cash refunds are not available for returns made at retail locations. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.
